Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to doctors, chemists, and potential distributors to promote PCD pharma products
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding PCD franchise opportunities
- Explain company products, pricing, and business models clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partners
- Maintain a database of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for follow-ups and closures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferably in any field)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of pharma products (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
