We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive for our growing uniform manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities from schools, hospitals, corporates, industries, security agencies, and other institutional clients.
The role involves client meetings, lead generation, relationship building, follow-ups, quotation coordination, and order conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, LinkedIn, references, calls, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients in schools, healthcare, corporate, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for quotations and sampling.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with management regarding pricing, timelines, and order discussions.
- Maintain sales pipeline and update daily activity reports.
- Work towards monthly business targets and revenue growth.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and presentations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
- Experience in uniforms, garments, textiles, institutional sales, or corporate sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and client interaction.
- Basic understanding of quotations, follow-ups, and sales coordination.
- Self-driven and responsible personality.
- Candidate from Delhi NCR preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
