Outgrowth is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our outbound sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in selling digital marketing services to the US market and is experienced in building scalable sales systems, generating qualified leads, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute outbound sales strategies.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels.
- Build and optimize sales systems and processes for the agency.
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Conduct discovery calls, sales presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Mentor and support the sales team as the department grows.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in outbound sales for a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Experience working with US-based clients is mandatory.

- Neutral or US accent is a plus.
