About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs in Human Resources, Talent Management, Recruitment, HR Analytics, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Labor Laws. The trainer will be responsible for developing industry-relevant content and preparing students/professionals for real-world HR roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live and recorded training sessions on HR concepts and practices.
- Develop course materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Train learners on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and HR operations.
- Introduce learners to modern HR tools and HR Analytics.
- Conduct mock interviews, resume reviews, and career guidance sessions.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Update training content according to industry trends and best practices.
- Support placement and internship preparation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA (HR), or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of HR industry experience or training experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and talent management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex HR concepts for learners.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS platforms.
- Knowledge of HR Analytics and Excel.
- Corporate training experience.
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
