About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of UI/UX design, visual design, and
responsive web design.
You will work closely with the development and marketing teams to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and development-ready designs for websites, digital experiences, social media, and other business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the development team to design and improve website UI/UX.
· Design responsive websites and digital experiences across different screen sizes.
· Create social media posts, creative marketing, and other visual assets.
· Design professional corporate presentations and decks.
· Maintain consistency across brands, websites, and marketing materials.
· Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design concepts as required.
· Work on design iterations based on feedback and project requirements.
· Ensure designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and development ready.
· Coordinate with developers to ensure the final implementation matches the approved designs.
· Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design practices, and tools.

· Figma – UI/UX Design, Wireframing & Prototyping
· Framer – Website Design & Prototyping
· Canva – Social Media Creatives & Presentations
· FigJam – User Flows & Brainstorming
Required Skills
· Good understanding of UI/UX and visual design principles.
· Strong understanding of typography, spacing, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
· Experience designing responsive websites and digital interfaces.
· Good attention to detail and consistency.
· Creative and problem-solving mindset.
· Good communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to understand requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
· Ability to take feedback positively and make design iterations.
· Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and design practices.
