- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Strong knowledge of data integration concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with database technologies and SQL scripting to support integration tasks.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
