Job Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on migration and overseas opportunities
- Assess eligibility for various migration programs and visa categories
- Guide clients through documentation and application processes
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on client applications
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies as required
- Stay updated on immigration policies and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Experience in migration, study abroad, visa processing, or immigration consultancy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple client cases efficiently
- Good documentation and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
