Job Summary
The CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce components as per production and quality requirements. The role includes loading and unloading parts, monitoring machine operations, performing basic inspections, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Load and unload components safely.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with the required quality.
- Perform basic dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Replace cutting tools or inserts as instructed by the supervisor or setter.
- Report machine abnormalities, quality issues, or tool wear to the Shift Incharge.
- Maintain production records and follow work instructions.
- Follow 5S, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations.
- Ability to read production drawings and work instructions.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
- Good attention to quality and safety.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,893.71 per month
