We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to support our US client processes in an BPO environment. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing communication skills, neutralizing accents, improving customer interaction quality, and conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Voice & Accent training for employees handling US clients/processes.
* Train teams on pronunciation, fluency, grammar, intonation, listening, and spoken English skills.
* Deliver refresher training, call calibration sessions, and communication workshops.
* Assess trainee performance through mock calls, audits, and evaluations.
* Provide feedback and coaching to improve customer interaction quality.
* Develop training modules, learning materials, and assessment plans.
* Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify communication gaps and improvement areas.
* Track training effectiveness and maintain training reports/MIS.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Excellent spoken and written English skills.
* Strong understanding of US accent, culture, and customer handling standards.
* Prior experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer in BPO/LPO/KPO environment preferred.
* Good presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate trainees.
* Comfortable working in US shifts.
Qualification:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Certifications in Voice & Accent / Soft Skills Training will be an added advantage.
