CIVIL ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR
Location: Near Verka Milk Plant, Jalandhar, Punjab

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day residential construction site activities.
- Monitor construction work according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, labourers, plumbers, electricians, tile workers, and other workers.
- Check the quality of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing work.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
- Take measurements and maintain proper site records and material requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Read and understand civil drawings and layouts.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and management.
- Maintain proper site safety and housekeeping.
- Report daily progress and site issues to management.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3+ years of experience in civil/residential construction preferred.
- Good knowledge of building construction and site supervision.
- Ability to manage labour and contractors effectively.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic computer skills will be an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should be responsible, punctual, and willing to work at construction sites.
Salary
₹25,000+ per month, depending on experience and skills.
