Production processinjg..
1.Production Planning
- Follow the daily/weekly production plan.
- Ensure the required quantity is produced on time.
- Allocate work to operators according to the production requirement.
- Monitor production targets and output.
2. Quality Control
- Ensure products meet the required quality standards.
- Check for defects during production.
- Take corrective action for repeated defects.
3.. Safety
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures.
- Make sure PPE is used properly.
- Maintain a clean and safe production area.
- Report unsafe conditions and accidents to the appropriate team.
4. 5S & Workplace Discipline
- Maintain 5S in the production area.
- Keep tools and materials organized.
5. Team Coordination
A fresher Production Supervisor usually works closely with:
Production Manager → Quality → Maintenance → Stores → → Operators
6. Problem Solving
- Identify the cause of production problems.
- Escalate major issues to senior staff.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
