We are Hiring Team Leader for Malappuram, Areecode, kondotty
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
Manage delivery executives and ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
Monitor fleet performance, route planning, and delivery productivity.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, turnaround time (TAT), and delivery success rate.
Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and operations teams to resolve delivery issues.
Handle escalations, customer complaints, and operational challenges efficiently.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance and productivity.
Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate logistics records.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
