Job Overview
Porceko® is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about client interaction, field sales, and business development.
This role involves meeting architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and consultants to promote our premium porcelain slabs and tiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, and dealers to generate business.
- Develop new clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new projects and sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain customer records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or any graduate.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Field Sales and Business Development.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Preferred:
- MBA (Marketing) is an advantage.
- Experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Building Materials, Tiles, Ceramics, Interior Products, Paints, Plywood, Laminates, Sanitaryware, or related industries.
