Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele caller to join our real estate team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients over the phone, understanding their property requirements, generating and qualifying leads, conducting regular follow-ups, and coordinating with the sales team.
This role is suitable for individuals who are interested in developing their skills in communication, customer relationship management, lead generation and real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Introduce the company and explain relevant real estate opportunities.
- Understand and record clients' property requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Generate, qualify and maintain potential leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and customer interactions.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the sales team.
- Schedule client meetings and property visits when required.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
- Work toward assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Stay updated with relevant property offerings and basic real estate information.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Confidence and a professional approach while speaking with clients.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to use smartphones and common communication applications.
- Access to a smartphone/laptop with internet connectivity.
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior tele calling, customer service, sales or real estate experience will also be considered.
