Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction details for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills and experience in architectural drafting and construction documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings as per project requirements.
- Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Develop working drawings and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, design changes, and client requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and drafting standards.
- Maintain proper drawing documentation and revision records.
- Provide drafting support during project execution and construction stages.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drafting standards and construction detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Good understanding of residential building projects.
- Experience in luxury residential or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit software will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or construction projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
