About the Role-
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Tendering Manager to drive sales growth in our FRP division. The ideal candidate will combine strong marketing skills with hands‑on experience in government tendering (IREPS, RCF, ICF, MCF) and private sector business development.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Identify and apply for relevant government FRP tenders across India.
Build and maintain relationships with large private FRP buyers (automotive OEMs, railways suppliers, infrastructure contractors, wind energy firms).
Prepare and submit techno‑commercial offers and negotiate contracts.
Track competitor activity and market trends to support strategic decisions.
Requirements-
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
5–10 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales (FRP/composites preferred).
Proven knowledge of government procurement systems (IREPS, GeM, etc.).
Strong negotiation, communication, and proposal drafting skills.
Ability to travel and meet clients across India.
