Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support and follow-up.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer support, or sales is an added advantage.
