Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Loan Relationship Manager to manage business loan sales, customer relationships, and collection activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Business Loan sector and the ability to lead and support sales and collections teams while ensuring excellent customer service and portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage Business Loan leads and customer relationships.
- Support and guide the Sales and Collections teams to achieve business goals.
- Ensure timely follow-up and collection of loan repayments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application and disbursement process.
- Monitor portfolio performance and address collection-related issues.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Loans, MSME Loans, or related financial products.
- Experience in sales, collections, and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage customer portfolios and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of loan documentation and lending procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹14,873.02 - ₹39,046.94 per month
