Key Responsibilities :
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Maintain high-speed Blown Film Extrusion machines.
- Carry out die assembly, screw & barrel assembly, and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
- Maintain Thermoforming, Injection Moulding, Flexographic, Gravure, and Offset Printing machines.
- Execute maintenance of Corrugation, Folding & Gluing machines.
- Maintain Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
- Perform alignment of motors, pumps, couplings, and rotating equipment.
- Service compressors, vacuum pumps, blow pumps, ARO pumps, Husky pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
- Conduct maintenance of boiler accessories and utilities.
- Ensure machine calibration and equipment reliability.
- Coordinate shutdown maintenance and machine overhauling.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Utility departments for smooth operations.
- Train technicians and supervise maintenance activities.
