Job Summary
The Assistant HR Manager – Recruitment is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in line with the organization's workforce planning and business objectives. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, managing recruitment agencies, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining recruitment metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements in collaboration with department heads.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, campus hiring, and professional networking platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules.
- Conduct HR interviews to assess cultural fit, communication skills, and organizational alignment.
- Negotiate salary packages within approved budgets.
- Issue offer letters and coordinate pre-employment documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment consultants and vendors.
Recruitment Planning & Strategy
- Develop sourcing strategies for critical and niche positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate campus recruitment and job fairs when required.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Master's degree in HR.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- HR certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in handling bulk, lateral, and leadership hiring.
- Exposure to recruitment in Digital Marketing Agency.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Understanding of labor laws related to recruitment and employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
