Qualification
- Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or relevant qualification in Hardware and networking industry
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure & troubleshoot computer systems and networks
- Provide hardware & software support to users
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, printers & other IT equipment
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking & hardware troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and system maintenance
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
