Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identifying potential leads and prospects for leasing properties. Researching and identifying target markets and tenant demographics. Utilizing various channels to generate leads, such as online platforms, networking events, referrals, and advertising.
Property Presentation and Showings:
Conducting property inspections and assessments to understand the features and benefits of each property available for lease. Preparing and presenting property information, including floor plans, photographs, and key details, to prospective tenants. Organizing and scheduling property showings or open houses to showcase the available properties to potential tenants.
Tenant Screening and Qualification:
Receiving and reviewing tenant applications. Verifying tenant information, including credit checks, employment history, and references. Evaluating the suitability of tenants based on established criteria and leasing guidelines. Communicating with potential tenants to gather any additional required information or address queries.
Lease Negotiation and Agreement:
Assisting in the negotiation of lease terms, including rent rates, lease duration, and additional provisions. Presenting lease offers to prospective tenants and discussing terms. Preparing lease agreements and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. Collaborating with landlords or property owners to finalize lease agreements.
Tenant Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants. Addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Facilitating smooth move-in and move-out processes for tenants. Conducting periodic check-ins with tenants to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise during the lease term.
Market Research and Analysis:
Staying informed about current real estate leasing market trends, rental rates, and demand-supply dynamics. Monitoring competitor activities and analyzing their impact on leasing strategies. Providing recommendations and insights based on market research to help landlords optimize their leasing strategies.
Documentation and Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining accurate records of leasing activities, including tenant applications, lease agreements, and correspondence. Coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed. Following up on lease expirations, renewals, and lease terminations.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
