Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to take ownership of enterprise IT solution sales (SaaS / ERP / IoT / analytics). The role involves leading complex sales cycles, engaging CXOs, managing pipelines independently, and closing strategic deals. Experience selling to mid-to-large enterprises is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pipeline Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise accounts
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline via outbound prospecting, networking, events, and references
- Identify new verticals and segments for software solution adoption
Stakeholder Engagement & Solution Selling
- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and Operations Heads to understand digital transformation needs
- Understand customer business processes and propose suitable IT solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions
- Present platforms including ERP, IoT, analytics, and cloud-based applications
Sales Execution & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Work closely with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to prepare proposals
- Coordinate technical documentation and solution proposals
Market & CRM Discipline
- Track competitor positioning and market trends
- Maintain CRM updates, pipeline forecasting, and reporting hygiene
Required Skills
- Experience in enterprise IT solution selling
- Strong understanding of SaaS-based platforms
- Ability to interact with CXO-level stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Pipeline management and forecasting ability
- Understanding of digital transformation workflows
- Strong analytical and consultative selling approach
- Proven ability to independently manage and close enterprise deals
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT / Electronics
MBA (Marketing) preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
