Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT Distribution Sales Division.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned brands and product categories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers & retailers
- Guide and monitor the performance of sales executives.
- Expand dealer network and identify new business opportunities.
- Plan sales strategies, market coverage, and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales, collections, stock movement, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with brands and vendors regarding schemes, promotions, and targets.
- Review ageing debtors and ensure healthy collections.
- Analyze sales performance and submit periodic reports to management.
- Ensure achievement of profitability targets in addition to sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager, or similar role in IT distribution, IT retail, electronics, telecom, or consumer durables.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
