Maintain the cleanliness of the swimming pool, deck, and surrounding areas.
Check and regulate water quality, pH levels, chlorine levels, and report irregularities.
Arrange and clean pool furniture, towels, umbrellas, and sunbeds.
Provide towels and poolside amenities to guests.
Assist guests with poolside requests and ensure their comfort.
Ensure that all safety equipment (life rings, first aid kits) is available and in good condition.
Enforce pool rules and safety regulations to prevent accidents.
Support the Recreation/Housekeeping team in maintaining hygiene and order in the pool area.
Report any maintenance issues (tiles, pumps, filters, lighting) to the engineering/maintenance team.
Assist during poolside events and activities organized by the hotel.
Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and safety practices.
Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
Ability to handle emergency situations and basic knowledge of first aid/CPR (preferred).
Previous experience in hospitality/recreation will be an added advantage.
