Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description:
- Provide desktop and laptop troubleshooting support.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, software applications, printers, and scanners.
- Resolve email, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
- Support hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
- Manage antivirus updates, security patches, and system configurations.
- Provide first-level support for IP phones, video conferencing, and other end-user IT devices.
