Role Overview
We are hiring performance-driven sales professionals who can handle leads, convert clients, and consistently achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound leads (cold & warm calling)
- Explain company services and convert prospects into clients
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline to close deals
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Maintain proper lead tracking and pipeline hygiene

- Strong communication and objection handling skills
- Ability to handle rejections and stay consistent
- Good activity quality (calls, follow-ups, conversions)
- Ownership of targets and performance
- Basic sales process understanding (lead → follow-up → close)

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary(Target Based) + Performance-Based Incentives
- Average Take-Home: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000+ (If experienced in pre and inside sales)
- Incentive payout: Monthly
Targets & Lead Type
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales targets applicable
- Leads provided (Inbound + Outbound)
- Mix of warm and cold leads
Work Details
- Shift: Day Shift
- Weekly Off: 1 day (rotational)
- Work Type: Office-based (No field travel)
