We are seeking for a Property Maintenance Manager for our Township Riverview City, located at Loni Kalbhor, Pune. The candidate will oversee all inbound/outbound operations for the township , act as the first point of contact for resident complaints and supervise daily maintenance activities to maintain the township standards.
The candidate must possess 8+ years of experience in handling maintenance activities of residential township. He must be an immediate joiner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Log all complaints in CRM/ complaint register with required details.
2. Co-ordinate with relevant teams - Security, technical, housekeeping for resolution within 24-48 hours as per SOP
3. Close complaints only after resident feedback/sign -off, share weekly complaint status report with Reporting Manager
4.Supervise daily housekeeping team for common areas, lobby ,clubhouse, parking , roads
5. Prepare and monitor daily cleaning checklist , manpower deployment and material consumption.
6.Conduct surprise checks for garbage disposal compliance, 5S and Hygiene.
7. Ensure housekeeping staff grooming attendance and discipline .
8. Co-ordinate deep cleaning , pest control and facade cleaning schedules with vendors
9. Submit weekly MIS, open complaints , housekeeping scorecard etc
Educational Qualification :
1. Graduate in any discipline / Diploma in Facility Management / Hospitality preferred
2. 5+8 years of experience in township maintenance handling
3.Skills - Strong multitasking , documentation and resident - handling skills
Working knowledge of excel . CRM software
Leadership ability to supervise housekeeping staff and co-ordinate with vendors
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
