Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to build a positive work culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)
- 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRMS software is an added advantage
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate selection.
- Prepare offer letters and complete onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment records and manpower planning.
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Support employee retention initiatives.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing.
- Ensure timely confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
