We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with expertise in recruiting candidates for Australian clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Australian hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and recruitment portals.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for Australian clients.
- Strong understanding of the Australian job market and hiring practices.
- Experience using recruitment portals and sourcing platforms for hiring candidates in Australia.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Australian clients.
- Source candidates through various job portals, databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Handle offer coordination, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Australian recruitment portals and sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed, CareerOne, and other Australian hiring platforms.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
