Barista – Caféchinno (Coffee Truck)

Role Overview
As a Barista at Caféchinno, you’ll be the face of our coffee truck—crafting high-quality beverages, delivering great customer experiences, and maintaining a clean, efficient setup. This role is perfect for someone energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about coffee culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per Caféchinno standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
Hygiene & Setup
- Set up the coffee truck daily (opening at 5 PM)
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment, workspace, and serving area at all times
- Perform thorough closing cleaning after service
Customer Experience
- Take and manage customer orders smoothly (service begins at 6 PM)
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle feedback, requests, and complaints politely
Inventory & Supplies
- Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and consumables
- Inform management about low stock or supply needs
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage
Operations
- Follow daily workflow and service timelines
- Maintain discipline during peak hours
- Work collaboratively with team members
Working Hours
- Setup: 5:00 PM
- Orders: 6:00 PM onwards
- Closing: After service + cleaning
Requirements
- Prior barista or café experience preferred (not mandatory if willing to learn)
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, responsible, and hygiene-conscious
