- Generate leads through platforms like Upwork & Freelancer
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure

- 2–3 years of experience in IT sales/business development
- Hands-on experience with Upwork & Freelancer platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
