About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams and ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and a strong understanding of client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, and Design teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and campaign performance.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, and follow-up action plans.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as per deadlines.
- Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Content Marketing.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or client servicing role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
