Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.

- Strong interest and career aspiration in Sales and Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.

- Willingness to travel extensively is mandatory.
- Proficiency in local language and English is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or any related field.

- Prior experience in sales, business development, banking, insurance, fintech, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
