Role Description:
8+ years of experience
Provide L2/L3 application support for MES systems, focusing on Fortran-based modules and legacy code maintenance.
Analyze, debug, and optimize Fortran programs to resolve production issues and improve system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, IT, QA) to ensure smooth MES operations and system integrations.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes within SLA timelines.
Manage code enhancements, patches, and deployment activities following change management processes.
Document technical solutions, workflows, and support procedures for continuous knowledge sharing and system stability.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹991,000.00 per year
