Job Title: Business Analyst / Client Success Executive
Role Summary
We are looking for a client-focused professional who can manage end-to-end client onboarding, gather and document business requirements, coordinate with the development team, and contribute to business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client discussions and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, meeting notes, etc.).
- Act as a bridge between clients and the development team.
- Coordinate project requirements and ensure timely communication.
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to web application, mobile application, SaaS, or enterprise software projects.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, UI/UX concepts, and software architecture.
- Experience in software services sales, lead generation, or account management.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Client Success, Pre-Sales, or Software Sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), web/mobile applications, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Basic sales/business development experience is preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
