Sai Infinium Limited, a part of the Bandhan TMX Group, is looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to strengthen our Human Resources function and support our continued growth.
Position: HR Manager / Senior HR Executive (Mid-Level)
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: 4–8 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Steel / Engineering / Industrial
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across various functions.
· Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
· Manage employee onboarding, confirmations, exits, and personnel records.
· Manage attendance, leave management, payroll, and statutory and compliance.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR-related statutory requirements.
· Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
· Coordinate with management on manpower planning and organizational development.
· Maintain HR MIS, reports, and employee documentation.
· Support organizational growth by implementing HR best practices and building a positive workplace culture.
Candidate Profile
· MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
· 4–8 years of relevant HR experience.
· Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, recruitment, and HR operations.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function.
· Experience in manufacturing or steel industry will be an added advantage.
