Position: Client Relationship Executive
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, hospitals, and other clients.
- Keep track of clients' birthdays and special occasions, and coordinate the delivery of gifts and greeting cards.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
- Maintain client records and coordinate with the sales team for seamless customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record management.
- Prior experience in customer relationship management or client servicing will be an added advantage.
