Delivery Executive – GoBright
Location: Edappally & Kaloor
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000/month
Petrol Allowance: ₹4,000/month
Daily Target: 13 orders
Performance Incentive: ₹65 per additional order above 13 orders/day
Responsibilities
- Pickup and delivery of laundry orders
- Collect customer payments and ensure proper confirmation
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers
- Handle orders carefully and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with the GoBright operations team
Requirements
- Own two-wheeler
- Valid driving licence
- Android/iPhone smartphone
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly
- Willingness to work full-time
Incentive Example
If an employee completes:
- 13 orders/day → ₹0 incentive
- 15 orders/day → 2 × ₹65 = ₹130
- 17 orders/day → 4 × ₹65 = ₹260
- 21 orders/day → 8 × ₹65 = ₹520
₹20,000 salary + ₹4,000 petrol allowance + performance incentives
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
