We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our Accounts Department. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and financial reporting for the company.
- Finalisation of accounts — preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L, and all supporting schedules on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors for audit completion, timely provision of data, and resolution of audit queries
- Liaise with tax consultants, legal advisors, cost auditors, and other external consultants as required by the company
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other applicable statutory requirements
- Preparation and review of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with banks for fund management, reconciliations, and loan-related documentation
- Maintain books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IndAS / AS)
- Support company management in any ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements
- Qualified CA from ICAI with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, Income Tax, GST, and Company Law
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / any accounting software
- Experience in account finalisation and statutory audit handling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and handle multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Prior industry experience in a company accounts team (preferred over Big 4 / CA firm only background)
- Familiarity with ROC / MCA filings, FEMA, or transfer pricing is an added advantage
