Job Description
The selected candidate will be expected to:
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in: Financial Management, Management Accounting, FinTech and Digital Finance, AI ML applications in Finance/Accounting, Financial Data Analytics,
Develop industry-relevant and NEP 2020-aligned curriculum.
Engage in research and publish in reputed journals (Scopus/ABDC/ABS indexed preferred).
Guide student projects, internships, and interdisciplinary activities. Contribute to academic administration, innovation, and industry collaboration.
Eligibility Criteria
Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, Management, FinTech, Data Science, or related areas.
Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis may also apply.
Strong academic record with first class at UG/PG level.
Demonstrated interest in teaching, research, and academic development.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, Power BI, or financial analytics platforms.
Exposure to AI/ML applications in finance.
Industry or consultancy experience in finance/fintech will be an added advantage.
