Job Description: Placement Coordinator (RSLDC Projects)
We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and experienced Placement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful job placements for students trained under RSLDC (Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- RSLDC Placement Management: Streamline and execute the 100% placement process for RSLDC students as per government guidelines.
- Corporate Tie-ups: Establish strong networks and tie-ups with companies, industries, and local businesses to generate job opportunities.
- Job Fairs & Drives: Organize campus interviews, recruitment drives, and job fairs.
- Student Counseling: Guide, mentor, and prepare students for interviews to ensure high selection rates.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate placement records, collect joining letters, payslips, and manage data entry on the RSLDC portal.
Candidate Eligibility (Mandatory Requirements):
- Experience: Proven experience as a Placement Coordinator (specifically in skill development or government projects like RSLDC/DDU-GKY).
- Work Proof Mandatory: Candidates must provide verifiable proof of past work (Experience Letters, Placement Track Records, or Project Reports) prior to the interview. Applications without proof will not be entertained.
- Target-Driven: Must possess a strong track record of successfully placing candidates and meeting monthly/project placement targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of RSLDC placement norms, documentation, and portal verification processes.
- Strong negotiation skills to pitch candidates to corporate HRs.
