Job Summary
Tesra School of Creative Design is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote our training programs, generate student admissions, and build strong customer relationships. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Generate student leads through telecalling, walk-ins, referrals, and field visits.
- Counsel prospective students and explain courses and career opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Participate in seminars, educational events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Passion for sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
