Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all digital marketing activities, developing effective online marketing strategies, and driving business growth through paid and organic channels.
As a Team Lead, you will oversee campaign execution, manage a team of marketers, monitor performance metrics, and ensure strong ROI across all digital platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, SEO, and social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates
- Manage social media marketing and content planning
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Improve website traffic through SEO and marketing activities
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Train and guide junior team members
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Previous team handling experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
