Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving room revenue, banquet sales, and overall business growth for the hotel. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, securing corporate and group bookings, and maximizing occupancy and profitability through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room revenue, banquet, and event targets
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Handle group bookings, conferences, weddings, and events
- Conduct hotel site visits, presentations, and client meetings
- Coordinate with front office, reservations, and F&B teams for smooth guest experience
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
- Manage online travel agents (OTAs) and corporate rate agreements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service delivery

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
