Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and office documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management.
- Coordinate with different departments for operational requirements.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and other administrative documents.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.
- Support HR and Accounts teams with administrative tasks.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
