Job Overview: We are seeking an agile and highly experienced Site Project Manager capable of delivering both scratch-built ( Greenfield ) developments and complex infrastructure expansions ( Brownfield ). The potential candidate will drive the entire project life cycle from land mobilization to facility handover, managing multi-million dollar budgets, fast-tracked timelines and intense safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Direct main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and equipment vendors.
- Cost & Schedule Control: Monitor project health metrics (CPI/SPI)
- Safety & Quality Audits: Enforce strict zero-harm HSE cultures and rigorous internal quality control guidelines.
- Lead site mobilization, land development, piling, civil foundation, and structural setup.
- Oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations alongside heavy machinery commissioning.
- Secure and maintain all initial local, municipal, environmental and fire safety clearances.
- Live Integration: Manage capacity expansions, asset relocations and technology upgrades within existing, live plants.
- Shutdown Management: Coordinate swift tie-ins during scheduled plant shutdowns to minimize operations downtime.
- Risk & Damage Mitigation: Conduct advanced hazard assessments to prevent disruption to ongoing facility output.
Required Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical Engineering. (PMP certification is a strong plus).
- Proven Track Record: Successful execution or completion of Greenfield and Brownfield construction projects.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
