Job Title: Plant Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead overall plant operations, production, maintenance, engineering, utilities, quality, safety, and project execution. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, optimize plant performance, ensure statutory compliance, and lead Greenfield and Brownfield projects, including plant expansion, equipment installation, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end plant operations, production, maintenance, engineering, utilities, quality, and EHS.
- Lead Greenfield and Brownfield projects, including plant expansion, infrastructure development, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Plan, execute, operate, and maintain industrial utility systems, including raw water, process water, potable water, fire water, storm water, and sewage pipeline networks, along with pumping stations, valves, reservoirs, and associated civil and mechanical infrastructure.
- Ensure optimum plant productivity, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and cost optimization.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project execution and operational efficiency.
- Monitor plant KPIs, budgets, quality standards, and statutory compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and lead high-performing teams with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Education
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial plants, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in plant operations, production, maintenance, utilities, project management, installation, and commissioning.
- Hands-on experience in Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
