- Monitor and supervise overall hospital operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments including Nursing, Front Office, Billing, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and Ambulance Services.
- Conduct regular hospital rounds to ensure operational efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and patient comfort.
- Coordinate bed management, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Ensure a high standard of patient care and customer service throughout the hospital.
- Address and resolve patient and attendant complaints promptly and effectively.
- Escalate critical patient concerns to the concerned department heads and management.
- Act as the central point of contact between clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing teams, and support departments to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
- Facilitate effective communication during emergencies and critical situations.
- Take charge during emergencies, code activations, VIP visits, and disaster situations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely response and resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in hospital operations, patient services, or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Willing to do rotational shifts(Night Duties)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
