An HR Intern assists the Human Resources department with daily operations, recruitment, and employee relations. This role is designed for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and organizational development while providing vital administrative support to senior HR professionals. - Recruitment Support: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, post job openings on job boards, and communicate with prospective candidates.
- Onboarding: Assist in new-hire orientations, prepare onboarding paperwork, and ensure new employees are seamlessly integrated.
- Data Management: Maintain and update internal HR databases, employee records, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Employee Engagement: Help organize internal company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- Administrative Duties: Draft HR policies, maintain central filing systems, and assist employees with basic HR inquiries
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay: From ₹2,000.00 per month
